Data controller

For the data of its public site, the company behind Cereezer is the data controller. For data entered in the application, each customer company is the controller and Cereezer acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

Data processed

The application processes identification data (name, email address, role), job data (sites, assets, reports, photos), billing data and, where the feature is enabled, the start and end locations of a route.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing serves the performance of the service contract: scheduling jobs, producing reports, invoicing work and securing access. Retention of the audit trail answers a legal obligation.

Retention

Job data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Regulatory reports and the audit trail are kept for ten years. Location data is reduced to its useful precision and then erased. An account closed for more than two years is anonymised automatically.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. The application can export a person data and anonymise a contact or an account on request. Requests are made to the customer company that created your access.

Processors and transfers

Cereezer uses technical processors for hosting, file storage and email delivery, all located in the European Union. No transfer outside the European Union is made without adequate contractual safeguards.
