Purpose

These terms govern the provision of the Cereezer platform as software-as-a-service, together with the associated onboarding and support services.

Access

Access is personal. Each user has their own account and their own rights; sharing an account between several people is prohibited and remains the customer responsibility.

Price and billing

The service is billed by active users, monthly and in arrears. Displayed prices exclude tax. Any price change is notified with reasonable notice.

Term and termination

The subscription has no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Customer data remains exportable for the whole duration of the contract.

Availability and maintenance

The publisher takes the necessary measures to keep the service available. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside business hours where possible.

Liability

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for how they use the service. The publisher liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months.
