Cereezer user guide
Cereezer organises the work of companies that work at their customers' premises: regulatory inspections, preventive maintenance, call-outs. This guide explains, one journey at a time, what the tool does and in which order — without technical jargon.
Three spaces, one set of data
Everyone works on the same data, each from the space that fits their job:
- The office (the "back office"): managers, planners and accountants create work orders, assign them, review reports, prepare quotes and invoices. It opens from the "Sign in" button of this site.
- The field app: the technician carries it on their phone. They find their jobs there, fill in checklists, take photos, fit parts and have the customer sign — even without a network.
- The customer portal: your own customers follow their sites, their equipment and their work orders there, read reports, decide on quotes and request a job.
The thread of a service
A service always follows the same thread, and each page of this guide describes one link of it:
- a customer, their sites and the assets on them (Customers, sites and assets);
- a contract that plans regular visits (Contracts and maintenance);
- a work order, scheduled then carried out on site (Work orders, The field app);
- a defect found during the visit, then a quote to repair it (Defects and quotes);
- the signed report, and the invoice (Invoicing).
