Getting started
This page shows you how to get into the office, find your way around and set up your account.
Signing in
- Open the office from the "Sign in" button of this site, then enter your email address and your password.
- Forgot your password? The link on the sign-in screen sends you an email; it lets you choose a new one.
- An account created by registering is not active straight away: an administrator of your company must activate it (see Users and roles).
Your customers do not come in here: they have their own entrance, the customer portal.
This guide opens from the office, in a new tab: the ? icon of the top bar, or "User guide" in your account menu.
Finding your way
The left-hand menu groups the screens into four families. You only see those your role can open.
| Family | What you find there |
|---|---|
| General | the dashboard, analytics, on-demand reports, file import, "My company" |
| Directory | customers, sites, assets and their types, field devices |
| Field | the dispatch board, work orders, defects, contracts, quotes, invoices, parts and stock |
| Access | users and permissions |
- The dashboard sums up the day: each tile opens the list behind it.
- The global search, at the top of the screen, finds a work order, a customer, a site or an asset by its number, its name or its serial number.
- Lists can be filtered and sorted; the "Columns" button chooses what they show, and that choice is kept for your account.
- The "Understanding work orders" page (Field) sums up the life of a work order and what your role can do in it.
Your account
Your account menu (top right) leads to:
- My profile: your name and your photo;
- Password;
- Appearance: light, dark or system mode, accent colour, density, text size, high contrast, reduce motion;
- Notifications: what is also emailed to you.
The language (English or French) is changed at the top of the screen, to the left of the bell; it is kept for your account, and the emails Cereezer sends you follow it. What your customers receive follows theirs (see Customers, sites and assets).
Notifications
The bell receives what concerns you: a work order assigned to you or completed, a failed checkpoint, a report available, a quote accepted by a customer, a job requested from the portal, a stock below its minimum, a service level breached, a contract ending. The bell always receives; email only brings what you ticked in Notifications.
